Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The 2nd bedroom has either a king-size or 2 single beds and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed and a day bed which converts to a single or a double bed.

Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower and downstairs there is a shower room.

The property is heated by gas central heating. There is off road parking for 2 cars. Garden furniture and a barbeque are provided in the secluded rear garden.

There is much to do in the area, with the close proximity of the Broads. The coast , with its many miles of sandy beaches is a 20 minute drive away and the city of Norwich is just 8 miles.
