Sleeping 10-14 people, the house and fabulous infinity edged swimming pool are exclusively available for hire. Additionally you have access to the Direttore of Le Pratola who can organise all your holiday requirements.

Bathe in the luxurious infinity edge swimming pool with views of the surrounding countryside and relax on the sun loungers and deck chairs.

To maximize peace of mind, the swimming pool has a safety cover which opens and closes quickly and easily by remote control and is ideal if children are around.

At the heart of Le Pratola is a central courtyard housing an original stone pizza oven and barbeque area containing a large table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining.

There are also two more terraces - outside the dining room is a fragrant, pergola covered dining area with fantastic views and leading from the large sitting room is a bar zone terrace with sofa, armchairs and candles which overlooks the cascading water of the infinity edged swimming pool.


Le Pratola fuses together the best in Italian craftsmanship and design from the 16th century right up to the present day. Covering 600 square metres it retains a multitude of original features including exposed walls and beams, handmade floor tiles, 18th century antique furniture and an original dove tower. These features are complemented by stylish contemporary furniture and modern art.



Leading off from a magnificent galleried entrance hall is the impressive sitting room. This has an indoor bar area, perfect for relaxing after dinner, playing cards and listening to music or sipping drinks on the adjoining terrace and enjoying the sunset over the hills.

There is also an upstairs sitting room with books, TV and DVD player and a great selection of films.



Overlooking the courtyard is a fabulously large Italian designer kitchen perfectly equipped for parties and entertaining- containing cooker, two ovens, two dishwashers, wine fridge and an adjoining utility room with laundry facilities.

The kitchen leads into a dining room that comfortably seats 14, with gorgeous panoramic views visible through floor to ceiling windows and glass doors that lead to an outside pergola covered dining area.



All five bedrooms are spacious and have luxurious en-suite facilities. In addition the courtyard bedroom has a sofa bed and a private terrace, whilst the twin room has two extra twin beds (great for children who want to camp out together!). Infant beds are available upon request.

Gaiole in Chianti, with its 12th century origins is located in central Tuscany, Italy, 40 km from Florence, 250km from Rome and 15km from Siena.

It is easy to understand why- the surrounding countryside is breathtaking, the nearby cities legendary and since the region produces some of the best food and wines in the world, the cuisine exceptional.

Tuscany enchants everyone: as the birthplace of the Renaissance movement everywhere you are surrounded by masterful architecture, paintings and sculptures. Full use of house, private pool, direct access to Direttore concierge services, groceries and daily cleaning are included.

A Benvenuti Grocery Delivery is available upon arrival which includes local bread, fresh milk, butter, jam, fruit juice, water, tea, coffee, sugar and eggs. This can be extended to the Toscana Grocery Delivery which provides a fuller selection of local cheese and ham delicacies and fresh fruit and vegetables. In addition, we can arrange a Per Voi Grocery Delivery individually tailored to you which can include nappies, wipes, toiletries, meat, beer, wine, confectionary and desserts- all designed to enable you to immediately relax and acquaint yoursleves to the beautiful area without needing to dash off to unfamiliar supermarkets.

Daily cleaning is included (kitchen and surfaces) and this can be upgraded to include the 'Beds and Bathrooms' service.

A private chef, babysitter, driver, tour guide or organizer, pool side massages, hairdresser and spa treatments are all available and priced according to your requirements.

Le Pratola is also available for long weekends and can be hired on a daily basis.
