Orlando is one of the most famous areas of the United States and contains a large number of holiday homes available for you to rent. Orlando, along with their neighbours Kissimmee make up the third largest populated area in all of Florida, trailing Miami and Tampa, making it a perfect destination to explore if you are looking to enjoy holiday homes in the region. After all the area is full of tourist attractions, from Walt Disney World and SeaWorld through to the Universal Orlando Resort, when you have rented holiday homes in the region you will never be bored!
The warm, temperate climate of Orlando draws many people to the area each year, and most of them opt to choose from one of the many holiday homes available in the region in which to stay. If you are visiting Orlando and staying in holiday homes then you will have to pick which of the two major seasons you travel in; the hot and rainy season runs from June until the end of September and the dry season brings lower temperatures and far less rainfall and runs from October through to May. Due to the location of Orlando on the gulf stream you can be sure that while staying in holiday homes in the region the weather will always be warm and the climate in general almost tropical.
When staying in Orlando holiday homes you will have plenty of things to do and places to explore, the region has more major attractions than any other part of the United States. Obviously the most famous theme park in the world is in the area, there is really no excuse to not visit Walt Disney World from your holiday homes when staying in Orlando. There are also a pair of theme parks at the Universal Orlando Resort (Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure) along with a variety of other attractions including a nightclub and restaurant and a number of hotels and holiday homes.
SeaWorld Adventure Park is also a popular tourist attraction in Orlando and something that we recommend seeing when staying in holiday homes in the region. It features a 200 acre marine theme park full of shows, rides and exhibits. If, however, you do not want to spend time away from your Orlando holiday homes in the hustle and bustle of major attractions then why not head away from population and take in some of the beautiful scenery that the region has to offer? Orlando is a stunning location full of places to visit and things to do, and we wish you the best of luck in finding holiday homes in the area.
