With two living rooms, three bedrooms and two bathrooms – larger than average accommodation for this size of villa - there is ample room to unwind and enjoy yourselves after a hectic day at Disney!

Whilst you relax in the lounge or by the pool, which is not directly overlooked and with views to open countryside, the children can entertain themselves with Playstation 2 in the second living room.

Disney and all the magic are just 15 minutes drive away! For the golfers in the family there is Champions Gate championship golf course just three minutes away, where you will also find shops, supermarket, garage and restaurants in the Champions Gate village.

Convenient for Interstate 4 the villa is within easy reach of all the area attractions and glorious beaches along the Atlantic and Gulf coasts. It is also an easy drive from both Orlando International and Sanford Airports.

VILLA DESCRIPTION

Our villa is situated on Loma Linda which is a lovely development of private homes situated in peaceful countryside, close to Champions Gate Golf and Village and yet only 15 minutes from Disney. It is close to all amenities and within easy reach of all the major attractions and beaches.

DVD available (UK only) which shows the high standard of accommodation and also the Loma Linda development.

The villa offers the following:-

LIVING ROOMS
Two living rooms, each with own TV (one 32”). DVD Player, stereo system, Playstation 2, iPod Docking Station and Internet Connection.

DINING AREA
Separate dining area with table and seating for up to six people.

BEDROOMS
Master bedroom with queen bed (5’), en suite and own TV.
Two further bedrooms, one double and one twin.
All bedrooms have walk-in closets.

BATHROOMS
Two bathrooms, the main bathroom en suite to the master bedroom with 2 vanity basins, corner bath, shower cubicle, hair dryer.
Second bathroom contains bath/shower.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave and table with seating for four people.
Breakfast bar with two stools.
Door leading through to washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

GAMES ROOM
7’ pool table, football table, electronic dart board, table and six chairs.

POOL AREA
Private screened solar heated pool (28’ x 14’) with sun deck and further sun deck situated outside the screen.
Chairs, sunloungers, patio table with umbrella and BBQ.
The pool and sun deck overlook a large grassed area which gives way to open countryside on one side.

Air conditioned with heating if needed. Ceiling fans in all rooms.

MANAGEMENT COMPANY
Our friendly management company with its office two minutes from the villa are on hand to help make your stay enjoyable. They are extremely experienced, having been in the area for 15 years.

They can arrange tickets for attractions, order taxis and provide any other information.
