This 3 bedroomed bungalow style villa is situated in the "Golden Triangle" of the Algarve, so called because of Almancil’s proximity to the two prestigious resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago and its wonderfully temperate micro-climate. An easy 20 minute drive from Faro Airport and is just a few minutes drive from the most popular golf courses and the best beaches in the Algarve. International shops, Portuguese restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. Ideally situated for golfers and families.


The accommodation comprises of a large lounge/dining room with digital flat screen satellite TV, music centre and modern pellet burning stove for the winter months.


The fully equipped kitchen includes microwave oven, dishwasher (washing machine housed separately) and large American style refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen door leads out to a south facing covered terrace with a pretty, secluded, private garden and lawn. Overlooking the plunge pool, the raised terrace has a BBQ and is delightful for al fresco dining.


The bedrooms, all of a good size, are comprised of two with double beds and one twin bedded room with plenty of wardrobe space. - There are 3 bathroom/shower rooms, one located poolside.


Mosquito netting and blinds on all windows and air conditioning in all bedrooms. Gas central heating for the short winter months and solar hot water for year round use.


There is ample parking in the driveway and the villa is close to all amenities.


The Villa is well situated for exploring the central Algarve, visiting one or more of the magnificent beaches, playing golf, tennis, horse riding or visiting water parks. The town of Loule with its Saturday market is to the north of Almancil towards the beautiful inland hills and wild countryside - all worth visiting.
