A spacious 3 bedroom home which comfortably accommodates up to 6 people with stunning views of Loch Don and far reaching views of Ben Cruachan at Loch Awe, it is peaceful, quiet and an ideal base to explore the beautiful Isle of Mull.

The tidal estuary at the front of the house shows the constant change of scenery and wildlife throughout the year, so it is perfect for birdwatchers and wildlife watchers at any time, just make sure you bring your binoculars.

Brooke Cottage is a spacious 3 bedroom home which comfortably accommodates 6 people. Sorry, no pets and the cottage is strictly no smoking. Heated throughout by oil fired central heating, there is additional heating in the lounge.

Electricity and gas are included in the rent, with bedding and towels supplied.

The driveway allows for 3 vehicles and the garage provides a covered area for unloading your vehicle should the weather be unusually inclement.

Brooke Cottage will be clean and comfortable for you when you arrive and we would be grateful if you could leave it the same way.

The south facing decking is suitable for al fresco dining with views of Loch don and far reaching views of Ben Cruachan at Loch Awe.

The ground floor of Brooke Cottage contains; shower room with w.c.; utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board; kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave; dining room with patio doors leading to decking; lounge with gas fire, tv / video/ dvd player.

The kitchen, dining room and lounge all have views of Loch don.

The first floor of Brooke Cottage contains; king size bedroom with built in wardrobes; double bedroom with built in wardrobes; twin bedded room with built in wardrobes; bathroom with bath, shower and w.c.

With no street lighting in the area of Brooke Cottage, it is advisable to bring a torch with you.

The Island of Mull is one of the most accessible of the Inner Hebrides with two separate ferry routes running throughout the year. It is the second largest island of the Inner Hebrides with white sandy beaches, fantastic scenery and wildlife regularly featured on numerous television programmes.

Brooke Cottage is located in Lochdon, 3 miles from Craignure ferry terminal and centrally located for Tobermory to the north and Fionnphort and Iona to the south.

The lets are available from 3.30pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure. Week long 7 nights let This option is available from Friday 3.30pm to Friday 10am and the rate is £600.00 A deposit of £150.00 is required when booking Week day 4 nights let This option is available from Monday 3.30pm to Friday 10am and the rate is £400.00 A deposit of £100.00 is required when booking Weekend 3 nights let This option is available from Friday 3.30pm to Monday 10am and the rate is £300.00 excellent value for a weekend away with friends or family. A deposit of £75.00 is required when booking. Cheques made payable to Mrs Susan Royle are required when booking, with the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you have to cancel your holiday we will refund your deposit if we are able to re-let the property.
